Why New Orleans?
Good Question... We spent the last year trying to find the perfect place for our wedding. We looked into the Caribbean, the Shenandoah Mountains, Norfolk, VA, the Greater DC Area and many other places in between! We finally settled on New Orleans, because, well, why not? We figured if we were going to be contributing to a city's economy, it should New Orleans.

What is the attire?
Think cocktail party rather than black-tie. New Orleans has a tropical climate, and it gets quite warm there in June, so keep that in mind when packing. The wedding party men will be in light colors and without jackets, and the bridesmaids will be in sleevless, cocktail length dresses.

When should I arrive?
There is plenty to do in New Orleans, so if you get there a day or two before the wedding, enjoy the city! We will arrive Wednesday afternoon, so if you're around - give us a call and we'll do lunch. For those that want to cut it close, the actual ceremony will begin at six in the evening on Saturday, June 14th.

Where should I stay?
We have blocks of rooms for our guests at three hotels. However, if you have hotel points you want to cash in, or if you just want to stay some place else, that works too. Where are you registered?
The best gift you can give us is your well wishes, support and blessings. And if you are able to join us in New Orleans, that is the present that we will cherish the most! However, if you would like to send a wedding gift we are registered at Crate And Barrel, Williams-Sonoma, and Target.
